Bring on the food fragrances of Summer! It’s nearly impossible to step outside at dinnertime without enjoying the wonderful aromas from outdoor barbecues. Don’t use your grill just for entrées and vegetables…remember the fruit. Grilling fruit brings out its juices and treats your palate with unexpected texture and zing. Use firm peaches or plums. For a savory appy or side dish, grill and top with a dollop of herb cheese. For a sweet finish, grill and top with yogurt and honey or vanilla ice cream, garnished with mint. Almost anything skewered not only tastes great, but looks amazing. Enjoy!
